There is no contact form here on purpose: a form that silently drops messages is worse than an address you can write to from your own mail client, keep a copy of, and reply to. Pick whichever address fits, and you should have an answer within five working days.

If a tool misbehaved, including the browser and operating system you were using — and the kind of file, not the file itself — usually turns a vague report into a same-week fix.

Before you write about a lost image
One thing worth knowing first, because it is the most common question: we cannot recover an image you processed here. The tools run entirely in your browser and nothing is ever uploaded, so there is no copy on our side to retrieve — not a backup, not a cache, not a log. If you closed the tab before downloading the result, the result is gone.
